For the most part, I would prefer to sell titles, rather than individual issues -- in fact, on cheap stuff I insist. I'll break runs for the more valuable items, though -- e.g. early issues of Tales of Suspense.
Prices are highly negotiable on most items -- make me an offer. On a few items (e.g., Trinity Angels) it'll need to be a good offer, but on most of this, especially the mainstream superhero titles, I just want to get it out of here.
