I got invited to contribute a story to an anthology of "alternate Beatles" stories, and "Paul is Dead" was the result. I actually had to do a fair bit of research for this one; I've been a Beatles fan since 1964, but I was never terribly well-versed in the details of the band's history.

Anyway, I obviously took my inspiration from the theory that Paul McCartney was killed in an auto accident and replaced with an impersonator.

That's really about all there is to say about it. It was accepted, and Across the Universe: Tales of Alternative Beatles was published by Fantastic Books in December 2019.
